Specify the Default TCP/IP Time to Live (Windows 95/98/Me) Category: Home > Network > Protocols > TCP-IP
This setting specifies the default time to live (TTL) value for IP packets generated by the Windows TCP/IP stack. Open your registry and find the key below. Create new string value named "DefaultTTL" and set it to equal the required TTL. Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
